We are located in the Cavendish Beach Resort Area, part of P.E.I's beach playground with some of the most popular tourist attractions like, Avonlea Village. We offer excellent amenities to our guests and our location is only a 5 minute drive to Cavendish/North Rustico, a 20 minute drive to Charlottetown & a 30 minute drive to Summerside.

Inspiration for the name “Bubbling Brook Cottages”
As you enter into this small and beautiful resort, you will instantly feel the serenity that permeates the atmosphere.
This picturesque rural piece of P.E.I. is filled with natural scenic charm that you can enjoy like, the view of the rolling hills covered with baby green grass. The name “Bubbling Brook Cottages” is not only inspired by the lovely little brook on this piece of land, but also has deeper meaning. In your dreams, to see a bubbling brook indicates rest and relaxation in your waking life. We want our guests to feel relaxed and rested during their stay. Water is a symbol of regeneration & rebirth and Proverbs 18:4 says, “ The words of a man’s mouth are deep waters; the fountain of wisdom is a bubbling brook.” Thus the name not only refers to the literal brook at our resort, it also becomes a symbol of rest, relaxation and wisdom.

Bubbling Brook Cottages features The Whole Year Run House, 9 cottages with the options of 1-2 bedrooms and 1 trailer on 2 acres' land. The size of the cottages/house range from 478 sq. ft. to 1050 sq. ft., which are the perfect sizes for family gatherings. These quaint, cozy cottages contain all the charm of yesteryears, while boasting the comfort and ease of every modern day convenience.
As Bubbling Brook has a very safe, fun-filled, and family environment, many clients, (new and old,) find the resort to be an ideal location for family and friends to relax and enjoy quality time together. Many guests, traveling from all over, have found themselves leaving as friends and return year after year to spend their vacation with us here.
